Co-Founder and Owner

Mike Canarelli is the Co-Founder & Owner of WTM, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Lancaster, PA. As a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, Mike studied Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems. After six years as a freelance designer/developer, he founded Axis Creative Group in 2006 which later merged with Web Talent SEO in late 2010. Regardless of if it’s out on the Bay or up in the mountains, Mike finds the time to enjoy an active lifestyle with his wife Natalya, daughter Siena, and their dog Chester.

Kaye Peloquin

Chief Executive Officer

Kaye Peloquin works closely with client services, as well as production, to ensure that the WTM team is exceeding our clients’ expectations. With a dedication to developing talent and scaling our internal systems, Kaye keeps our whole team focused on providing award-winning work. She began her career with BI, a leader in the meeting services industry and later transitioned into retail management. In 2011, Kaye entered the digital industry with the email service provider Listrak and hasn’t looked back since.

Ray Carboni

Project Delivery Manager

Ray joined the Web Talent team at the beginning of 2011 starting out in SEO and PPC. Graduating from Millersville University with a B.A. in Marketing, he leads the Technical SEO/Analytics and Web Development teams. As a tech-savvy individual, Ray truly enjoys the work he does everyday – not to mention the laid back work environment. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife Marianne and their dog Marco.

Ellen Borza

MRR Delivery Manager

Ellen Borza leads the client services, paid marketing (PPC), and search engine optimization (SEO) teams at WTM Digital. Together, the teams provide holistic digital marketing strategies to our client partners. Ellen began her career in digital marketing in 2015, when she joined WTM as an SEO & Online PR Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys blogging, taking Orangetheory fitness classes, and dining out at her favorite Lancaster city restaurants.
